Quality and enviroment policy
PALMA HYDRAULICS S.L. is a company whose main activity is the Technical Assistance Service for hydraulic systems in boats.
The principles that guide our management seek a balance between excellence in service to our customers and the contribution to environmental sustainability.
In PALMA HYDRAULICS S.L. We establish as a priority objective within our Quality and Environmental Policy, that the products we offer deserve full customer satisfaction in terms of guarantee and quality, for this, we consider necessary the implementation of the Integrated Management System of Quality and Environmental Management established according to the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001: 2015 standards.
The general guidelines of the Quality Policy and Environmental Management establish:
1. The satisfaction of our clients is our maxim, that is why we are extremely interested in their opinion and we have a documented method to consider and quantify, as far as possible, their degree of satisfaction.
We are committed to investing in our HR as well as in our infrastructures in order to improve our services.
2. The final quality of the service provided to the customer is the result of the planned and systematic actions of PREVENTION, DETECTION, CORRECTION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT throughout the cycle, providing a better service than our competitors, in such a way that loyalty and growth of the client portfolio.
3. Improvement of the Environmental Behavior of the Organization is one of our maxims for which we establish environmental objectives and goals, which are reviewed annually and allow:
– Reduce the environmental aspects valued as significant.
– Guarantee compliance with current applicable environmental legislation.
– Try to prevent all types of environmental aggression, especially pollution, the depletion of natural resources and the minimization of waste generation.
In order to carry out our policy and achieve the objective, the unconditional support of all the company’s personnel is absolutely necessary, manifested through a firm and constant commitment to Quality.
